Where depth meets precision.
A school of transformation and psychospiritual growth, and a coaching practice that draws on the Enneagram, Jungian archetypes, somatic and microexpression observation, and contemplative presence; the depth, the precision, and the warmth the work has always deserved.

Empathy Architects is a school of transformation and psychospiritual growth, and a coaching practice. The Enneagram is our primary instrument, taught with the rigor the Ichazo and Naranjo tradition demands; alongside it we work with Jungian archetypes, somatic and microexpression observation, and contemplative presence. Together, these instruments turn recognition into actual change.
Where to begin.
The Practitioner.
You have read the books, completed at least one certification, and are looking for the version of this work that goes further; into the trifix, the twenty-seven subtypes, the original lineage.
Advanced Certification → ii.The Clinician.
Therapist, psychologist, counsellor; you want a framework that carries clinical weight, that integrates somatic and lexical observation, and that holds credibility with your peers.
Certification & Books → iii.The Neurodivergent.
You have suspected, more than once, that the popular Enneagram was not built for you. The neurotype-and-personality-type distinction in Fractals of Mind is built for you.
Fractals of Mind → iv.The Seeker.
You are drawn to the integration of typology with presence and contemplative practice; to coaching that knows the difference between insight and transformation.
Coaching & the Mentorship →The work as Ichazo developed it; as Naranjo extended it.
What most students of the Enneagram have encountered is the system as it was popularized in the late twentieth century; flattened into nine recognizable patterns, useful for recognition but stripped of the architecture that gives the original its precision. We teach the architecture.
That includes Sterlin's original synthesis on top of the lineage; the false flag phenomenon by which ego defenses generate convincing mistyping, the neurotype-and-personality-type distinction that anchors his forthcoming book, and the contemplative integration drawn from his Eckhart Tolle certification.
This is what makes the work go somewhere. Recognition without architecture is a hobby; recognition with architecture is how a defense pattern stops running a life.
Trifix theory.
Each person uses one type from each of the three centers of intelligence; twenty-seven archetypal combinations rather than the popular nine.
The twenty-seven instinctual subtypes.
Taught in the full Naranjo and Fauvre tradition; the layer most certification programs do not reach.
Lexical & somatic typing.
Language patterns and embodied signals as live typing instruments. Drawn from Sterlin's communication research.
The Deep Inquiry methodology.
Our proprietary approach to facilitated self-discovery; the method that turns the framework into transformation.
Recognition is the first half of the work; presence is the second.

The Advanced Enneagram Certification.
Two levels, sixty-plus hours, self-paced and held for life; for practitioners who want to type with confidence, teach with precision, and facilitate inquiry that actually changes something in the room.
The full trifix framework and twenty-seven subtypes; microexpression, character structure, and lexical analysis; the Deep Inquiry methodology taught in practice rather than theory; and a 1:1 support session on completion of Level II.
The Instinct Aesthetic Seminar.
Two hours, live on Zoom; the first public teaching of the framework.
Three instinctual registers — Sensual, Communal, Magnetic — crossed against four seasonal palettes to produce twelve aesthetic profiles. An IRB-approved study at the University of Oklahoma; 76.7% concordance between instinctual drive and aesthetic preference. Held by Sterlin.
From the journal.
What your aesthetic preferences are actually telling you.
On the moment a visual environment feels immediately like home, and the architecture underneath it; instinct, season, and the way perception itself is patterned.
The day a live training broke my mistyping.
Beyond type; the trifix stems.
Two books.
Center of the Universe.
Transforming the twenty-seven types of narcissism from the inside out; the architecture, and how the person inside it is reached.

The Narcissist in You.
Recognizing the twenty-seven types of narcissism; the relational discipline of meeting them in ourselves first.

It took me three years to type myself, and I absolutely would not have been able to do it with veracity without them. They're the only group I know of that uses evidence in what they teach.
I have been a client of Empathy Architects for a couple of years and they changed my life. The understanding I now have of myself and others has helped me deepen my empathy and compassion, and that sends ripples out into the world.
The work waits for you.
Sixty-plus hours of content across two levels; self-paced and held for life. Lexical analysis, microexpression, the twenty-seven subtypes, and the Deep Inquiry methodology, with a 1:1 support session on completion of Level II. Begin Level I whenever you are ready.
